Our Staff Team is made up of three paid roles:

Coordinator
Deputy Coordinator
Administrator

We also have around 50-60 volunteers, including 10 Trustees.

Sessions

Each session is run by a Shift Leader with two or three in the kitchen; and the same number in the hall, including at least one Support Worker. Together, the team:

  • prepare the food and the hall
  • welcome the guests and chat
  • serve meals and hot drinks
  • help Guests find clothes and shoes
  • discuss issues in one-to-one conversations and support
