Your First Visit
If you have never been to us before, we will make your visit welcoming and as comfortable as possible to reduce any anxiety you may have.
Step 1: You’ll be greeted by a volunteer.
Step 2: You will need to complete a simple consent form.
Step 3: We’ll offer you a hot drink and a meal.
Step 4: If you’re comfortable, we can chat about any extra support you might need.
