Devizes Opendoors Job Vacancy

Centre Administrator  

Opendoors wants to appoint a Centre Administrator to work 12 hours a week at £12ph. Ideally this would be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.30am – 1.30pm. The person must have good organisation skills and have a passion for improving the opportunities for homeless and vulnerable adults. They will help run the Southbroom Centre and the Devizes Opendoors Programme.

Opendoors is a small but ambitious charity that aims to support guests in a variety of ways. The team of two other part-time staff and 45 volunteers provide cooked meals and other food to take away three times a week, clothing, bedding, laundry tickets and bus fares. They also support guests in their efforts to engage with agencies that help with housing, substance misuse and financial difficulties.
